2. Bookings and Payment

• All itineraries, packages and quotes are subject to availability at the time of confirmed booking, and prices may change until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, as communicated at the time of quotation.
• Final balances must be paid by the deadlines specified in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
• All payments are processed securely; Dreamingo Holidays does not store full payment card details.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the specific package, supplier and destination, and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Where third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) apply their own cancellation policies, those terms will also apply to your booking. We recommend reviewing cancellation terms carefully before confirming any booking, and we encourage travelers to consider travel insurance.

4. Visa Assistance Disclaimer

Dreamingo Holidays provides visa consultancy and documentation support only. We do not represent, act on behalf of, or have any affiliation with any embassy, consulate or government authority. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval, and we are not responsible for any visa refusal, delay, or additional requirements imposed by the relevant authority.

5. Wellness and Healthcare Consultation Disclaimer

Dreamingo Holidays acts solely as a facilitator and consultation assistance provider for wellness and healthcare travel. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All medical consultations, recommendations, diagnoses and treatments are provided exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals and accredited medical institutions that we help connect you with. Dreamingo Holidays is not liable for the outcome of any medical consultation, treatment or wellness program arranged through a third-party provider.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for your itinerary, visa application or consultation request.
• Ensuring your passport and travel documents meet the requirements of your destination(s).
• Arranging appropriate travel insurance for your trip.
• Complying with the laws, customs and entry requirements of your destination country.
• Any costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamingo Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from: delays, cancellations or changes made by third-party suppliers; visa refusals or processing delays by embassies or consulates; medical outcomes from consultations arranged through third-party healthcare providers; or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics or other force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dreamingo Holidays website, including text, images, logos and itinerary designs, is the property of Dreamingo Holidays or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
